We have a special going on today… a two-for-one special! I’m going to give you two updates rolled into one today. It was a late night last night, and I didn’t have time to post an update. Actually, it’s a late night tonight too, but I can’t skip another day, otherwise there might be some people from Southern Indiana that might start sending me hate mail.
We decided to have our shopping day on Thursday instead of Saturday so we could miss all of the Saturday traffic in Manila. It worked out perfectly! It didn’t take near as long to get where we were going on Thursday as it would have if we were to drive there on Saturday.
Our first stop on Thursday was the American Military Cemetery. It’s a nice place to take teams. When you drive through the cemetery and see the thousands of crosses spread across the ground, it’s a humbling reminder of the sacrifices that were made for our freedom.
