We are EXCITED to announce a chance to partner with God, the Indianapolis District, Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene, and missionaries Wellington & Hellen Obotte, for a work and witness trip to Malawi, Africa this fall! You are invited to come live out the Great Commission through your service to the people of Salima, located in central Malawi. The basic information is below and more information will be forthcoming.
- Project: Malawi Lakeshore District Center This will be a multi-purpose building to host the district superintendent/secretary offices, DAB and special meetings, pastors in ministerial training classes, conferences, leadership courses, auxiliary offices, and space to rent for sustainability.
- Work Scheduled: Masonry and Carpentry
- Dates: Thursday, November 7 – Saturday, November 23
- Cost: $2700* – Includes flight, lodging, food while in Malawi, tourist excursions (sight-seeing). Does NOT include: souvenirs, personal food and beverage purchases. *Based on current airfare costs.
- Payments: The non-refundable deposit and application are due March 3, 2013. March 3 – $500 (Non-refundable deposit + application). $365 payments due on: April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4, September 8
